Great Night at the Independent Bar and Cafe celebrating Belgium Beers during Tampa Bay Beer Week.  Having made a few cycling tours of Belgium Breweries over the last few years I was excited to revisit some of my favorite beers and try a few new ones as well.   8. 2018 Chimay Grande Réserve Barrel Fermented – Chimay Blue - Dubble OAK & WHISKEY (34% French Oak, 41% American Oak and 25% Whiskey)
  9. Chimay Trappist Cent Cinquante (green label) - Belgian Blond Strong Ale
  10. Petrus Aged Red Ale - 2yr Pale Ale Foeder / Dubbel Bruin w/ Cherries Blend
  11. Delirium Tremens Red - Belgian Fruit Ale
  12. Delirium Tremens Nocturnum - Belgium Strong Ale (quadrupel)
  13. Delirium Black Barrel Aged - Nocturnum & Noel aged separately in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 10 months then blended
  14. Rodenbach Classic - Flanders Red Ale - Mixed fermentation (3-1 Young to Aged beer blend - matured 2 years in oak foeder)
  15. Rodenbach Grand Cru - Flanders Red Ale - Mixed fermentation (1/3 young, 2/3 aged blend)
  16. Rodenbach Alexander - Grand Cru  w/ Cherries
  17. Lindemens Framboise - Spontaneous Fermentation Lambic with Raspberry
  18. Cantillon Classic Gueuze - Blend of 1,2,&3 years Spontaneous Fermentation Lambics
